Community Access is not a set activity list. We get to know each participant’s interests, communication, routines and goals, then plan support around what matters to them.
That may mean building confidence at the shops, joining local recreation, attending appointments, learning a new skill or simply feeling safer and more connected outside the home.

Support can be structured, social, active or skills-based — always shaped around the individual.
We turn ordinary community experiences into practical, participant-led opportunities for confidence, independence and connection.
Local events, hobbies, fitness, sport and activities chosen by the participant.
Shopping, meal planning, budgeting, cooking and completing everyday errands.
Support to attend appointments, navigate services and participate safely in the community.
Building communication, routines, relationships and comfort in different environments.
Learning local routes, transport routines and practical community-safety skills.
Exploring valued community roles and routines connected with personal goals.
Planning pace, environment and communication around the participant’s needs.
From parks and barbecues to creative projects — the participant helps shape the day.
